This response was submitted to the Reform Bill Committee consultation on the Senedd Cymru (Members and Elections) Bill.

I am against all the measures detailed in the reform bill.

All major institutions in Wales have been tasked with cutting budgets.

The Senedd have failed to manage budgets.

The Senedd have failed to make good use of public money

The extra funds required to make the changes is needed elsewhere.

The unintended consequences will not be realised for many years, nothing in place to evaluate if the correct reforms have been made.

Any change of this magnitude should be decided by a referendum of the Welsh public.

When the vote was taken for a Assembly it did not include a change to the voting system.

The consequence of change my favour one party over another.
